You can always contact us for any return questions.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us via our contact page.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide a valid reason for the return (arrived damaged, wrong item).
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping and insurance paid return label.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Your packing slip and all original documents MUST accompany your return.
Once we receive your return, you will be refunded in full.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Cancellations
You can always cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, for a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
You must provide proof that you have not received your item (carrier shipping tracking), or that it was stolen (police report, door cam), and we will file a claim with the carrier. Once a carrier confirms the package is lost or stolen, and settles the claim, we will issue you a full refund.
